Pros: | AF and A-mode | Cons: | none | | Found this in a grab bag with a camera. It is really handy for macro with the DSLRs
Works fine, and allows the 50/4 macro the be 1:1

Pros: | Works well | Cons: | Plastic body | | I just rec'd this used and it seems works very well with my FA 85 F 1:1.4. Auto focus, camera flash as well as catch-in-focus works. A little prefocusing is best and then move the camera body in and out a bit for the "catch" on the D20 body..
It is a rather complex spacer with the rim and internal contacts and the screw drive mechanisms. As noted the body is cheap appearing plastic but seems good enough for most lenses. The mounting metal ends and secured with four screws. Possibly very heavy long lenses could be a problem but then long lenses would not need a 25MM spacer. Not much to gain.
I think I will find this very handy with a few AF lenses I have as my eye sight is not so sharp any more for hand held macro subjects.
The review above made a rare find at that price. Another used one on Fleabay just went for about $95 US plus $20 postage from Japan. The Kenko PK mount Pentax AF 25 extension tube is pretty hard to find.

Pros: | light, AF | Cons: | barrel very plasticy | | I found this macro extension tube (25mm) on a Dutch flea-bay site for almost nothing. It's very hard to get, and it's one of the rare extension tubes allowing for autofocussing that was made for Pentax. It works easy, I love the AF ability and the A-setting, but the barrel is made of cheap plastic.
If you can get one for a reasonable price, grab it!
