Latest Review Posted Cactus Cactus V5 Duo
(my only experience with wireless triggers is with these and the Cowboy Studio NPT-04s, so this review is largely a comparative review)

These triggers are, without a doubt, strictly better than the CBS NPT-04s in almost every way except price.

- I have never seen these transceivers fail to communicate with each other.
- They come with stands.
- The channels are easier to set (you see numbers rather than DIP switches).
- They can be set as either receiver or transmitter.
- They use standard AAA batteries.
- To access the battery compartment only requires a slight push on the battery tray, rather than having to use a screwdriver to access the compartment on the NPT-04 transmitter.
- Low battery warning

The only complaint I have is that the back of the unit extends out in a way that sort of blocks your finger from tightening the screw lock when mounting this to your camera hot shoe.
