Pros:	Inexpensive
Cons:

I use these with Op/Tech swivel adapters to connect my Envy strap to my Kx. They're strong, easily installed, and there's no tangling with the swivel connectors. There's a good range of adjustability, too. I can wear it as a neck strap, and I can lengthen it to wear as a shoulder strap or sling.
