The 220 back can be modified to work with 120 film as well, which, with the demise of 220 film, is useful. The only thing that needs to be done is to unscrew the black plastic rectangular bit with a tongue in the very middle (when looking at the spools) and turn it around so that the tongue sticks to the middle rather than to the outer side.
