Pentax UE-20 Plain Matte focusing screen
This is an accessory focusing screen intended for the original 645 camera body. It is described as having all the screen surface except for the central spot (11 mm diameter) covered by the fresnel lens, and has been designed for the slower speed lenses with a maximum aperture smaller than f/5.6 situations under which microprism and split-image area are not clearly defined in focusing. The "U" screen series has a different edge tab arrangement than for later 645 series screens and is not believed compatible with the later bodies.
