I like this a lot. It's small, and fits nicely in its own little pouch. It fits several flash units. It evens out the light nicely, so even though an AF280T will cover 28mm, I prefer this for that focal length if I need edge illumination. It just makes the shot a little nicer. The reduction in range is modest and worth it for me.
The adapter will cover 24mm, so if I am using my 24-35 zoom I find it very useful.
Just remember-slide it onto the flash from one side- don't try to snap it on.

It does what is says, just be a bit careful mounting it as it's only plastic, ham fisted attempts will require the application of some glue to repair.  | |
