Pros: | Low profile, solidly built | Cons: | | | Bought all the Pentax flash accessory connectors several years ago; glad I did, as they don't seem to be available anymore, other than as used.

Pros: | Build quality, compatibility. | Cons: | | | I use it in combination with hot shoe adapter F and F5P extension cord on a bracket to change quickly from portrait to landscape orientation in a breeze. It's made of quality plastic, fits snugly and secure on Pentax gear and allows the use of the built-in flash on my K-5.

Pros: | Necessary for flash cords | Cons: | Should be included with cords | | If you will be using the cords to sync Pentax flashes, this is the shoe accessory to get because you can use the on-camera flash. I use it for flash brackets.
However, why do I need to buy this? It seems like the camera should have a sync port, or the cords should come with an adapter.
