Description:
Image Sync is an application that, when combined with supported cameras enables remote capture, image view, copying image to a mobile device, uploads to social media, and other functionality.

I downloaded this from the app store but it can also be found here :-
http://www.ricoh-imaging.co.jp/english/support/download/app/image-sync/

Unmentioned in this app description, I am able to control some of my K70 camera functions via my phone including zooming in and out by pinching my fingers together on my phone's screen (which displays the K70 live view via wireless connection)

Transfer/Delete of photos from my K70 to PC or my phone is easy and very fast. You can even transfer photos/vids straight to social media formats this way.

I recommend this for those interested in phone control of your camera.

This currently supports the following cameras :-
PENTAX K-1 Mark II / PENTAX K-1 / PENTAX KP / PENTAX K70 / PENTAX K-S2 / GR II / RICOH WG-M2
In Production: Yes

Pros: It would be great if it worked
Cons: Full of bugs, loses connection between camera and phone

I have tried Image sync numerous times to control my K-1 with my Iphone, latest IOS every time, but it just never worked. The main problem was that the wifi connection between camera and phone broke down after 1-3 shots. I had to start the whole wireless linking process from the beginning until I got frustrated and just deleted the app. Such a shame as this would be a useful tool if it worked.
