Recent review of the TT Retro 5 inspired this response. I have both the Retro 7 and the Retro 5. I use the Retro 5 to carry all my stuff I think a need for a particular shoot. It holds my K30 with 18-135 attached and three Limited lenses without problem. I find the internal adjustment partitions are easily moveable and removable, allowing the camera body with 50-300 attached to fit horizontally with room for one or two DA Ltd. I use the Retro 7 to carry more gear when needed. Love these two bags.
