Pros: | Large, well made, should and hand-carry straps | Cons: | None | | My Manfrotto tripod came without a case. Since I bought the extra short center column and a couple of extra plates a good case to carry that gear and store it when not in use was needed. After reading a few comments here at PF I found this VidPro 35in case online at Amazon. Reviews were positive and one specifically said it worked well with the 055 model tripods. It's moderately padded, which is fine IMHO for a tripod case. The straps are both shoulder and hand-carry so that's convenient. The shoulder strap is long enough that I can carry it cross body (6'2") easily too. The main interior compartment is large enough for my Manfrotto 055XPROB with attached 498RC2 ball head with room to spare for a monopod (as long as its less than 35in long). Very functional and I'm glad I got it because it has made storage and cartage of the tripod system much easier.
