Pentax K-5 IIs Drops to $596
By PF Staff in Deals and Savings on Oct 27, 2014
Another $100 has been shaved off of the US price of the Pentax K-5 IIs, the acclaimed 16-megapixel AA-filterless DSLR which is still available at authorized dealers. The K-5 IIs is a good choice for those two still want a high-end body but either don't need the higher resolution of the newer K-3, favor lower noise, or want a more affordable body. At this price, the K-5 IIs is a tremendous value.
This price was originally a PhotoPlus special, but the deal seems to have been extended indefinitely as of November 11, 2014.
As of the writing of this post, the new low price is only available at B&H Photo, so it may be a temporary drop. The deal includes a free Pentax BG-4 battery grip and a SanDisk 64Gb SDXC card.
If you live outside of the US, you can still take advantage of this deal thanks to international shipping offered by B&H. Shipping and customs costs will very by country. If you live in the US, then you'll of course be entitled to free 1-3 day shipping, plus 4% in rewards.

We are happy to see that Ricoh is continuing to ship the K-5 IIs two years after its launch, and we hope that this trend continues for future high-end bodies. Learn more about the Pentax K-5 IIs in our in-depth review.
