Pentax K-5 outperforms Nikon D7000
The new Pentax DSLR once again holds its ground in sensor tests
By PF Staff in Pentax Announcements on Nov 9, 2010

When we last reported the exciting news that the Pentax K-5 had fared so well in DxOmark's sensor tests, one of the most anticipated competing bodies, the Nikon D7000, had not yet been tested. That test is now in, however, and we're proud to see that the K-5 has once again held its ground against the competition!
With these stunning results, the K-5 is currently one of, if not the best APS-C DSLR out there in terms of image quality!
In a couple of weeks, we will be posting a full-length, in-depth Pentax K-5 review. Until then, we've prepared the following resources:
- Pentax K-5 user reviews
- Pentax K-5 vs. Pentax K-r vs. Others
- Exploring the K-5
- Getting your K-5 today while supporting us!
We also plan to bring you updates on what's new in the K-r following our treatment of the K-5!
We hope you'll celebrate this exciting news together with us! Check out the forum for further buzz surrounding the K-5's remarkable performance.More from the Pentax Forums Homepage
