The Pentax K-1 is finally shipping in the US! As of the writing of this post, the first pre-orders from B&H Photo have been released. Adorama also sent an intial batch yesterday and continued sending additional units today. User reports suggest that Amazon has also filled a number of orders and currently indicates "2 left in stock".

Per a recent forum discussion, pre-orders placed as late as March are being shipped. Note that the K-1 is not yet "fully in stock". Remaining pre-orders are expected to be filled in the coming weeks.
If you purchase from B&H or Adorama, you are entitled to free Marketplace access on the forum.
