Pros: Price, size, weight, handling
Cons: Possibly the meter display

I picked my CM4s up a few months ago. I got it as I like cheap fun film SLRs (TBH I like expensive ones too, but that is another story!) as knock about take any and every where machines.
What can I say about the CM4s? Well it fulfills this brief to a tee. Ideal starter film camera with basic manual shutter and exposure. Light and easy to carry around all day with decent handling and feel.
The only slight possible niggle is the way the exposure meter works. The LEDs indicating exposure are on the outside of the viewfinder, which is very non-standard and some may find it off putting if one is used to the display being inside the viewfinder. I find it strange but OK.
I have given it an 8, as is does everything it is designed to do well enough at a cheap price. It is an unremarkable camera, but no worse for being so and still pleasant to use. Sure there are nicer and more refined models out there, but you will pay a premium for the experience. The results will be the same. If you see one in good knick and want a starter film camera or back up/take any- and everywhere camera I can easily recommend one.
