Compared to some other brands, it seems pentax made ​​a tightly packed camara that exceeds its price in the market. Could maybe be a little bit better, but also much worse :) A good camara that can be used as you want to get the result. And for me, the cheaper old lenses are in several ways cool things, like the color rendering they provide. It`s also a solid camara with weather sealing which is a big plus here in the north eroupa.
