Excellent camera to learn on, I;m new to photography so buying a cheap, tough, easy to use camera was a necessity. I really like how it can accept older, more inexpensive lenses and new alike. Also it takes double A batteries, which is also good because it eliminates the need for a charger. My only gripes are the fact that the firmware has to be updated via a 2gb or smaller sd card, or proprietary cable. And that there is no live view, which is a big help in low light and because my eye cup is scratched pretty deep.
