Pros: 1/250 sec flash synchro, big viewfinder
Cons: nothing

my z5p works only with extern flash- It doesn't matter, but the price war very low for this precious camera.

++ excellent brightness of viewfinder

++ aperture and time are indicated

++ heavy body

++ semi-professional features

Fortunately there are now accus CR2 available !!!

I'll test it and complete review later, but I suppose, that it will be similar in precision to the top z-20p

Pros: high speed shutter, flash sync speed, handling, panorama =)
Cons: pricing, weight

The camera is really a Tank.
Because of itīs Weight I did not often use the Camera (because I have a K-3 also, and both weigh about the same), but itīs a really nice camera.
Handling is incredible. ergonimics are much better then on my K-3 (, bad evolution)
If you hold the camera you feel like a VIP-photograph, because the Camera looks very professionell.
And it is: The high speed shutter is like on my K-3 (1/8000). and the ISO Range is impressive.
If you find films with ISO100 or lower, get it and you will get really the same high Image Quality like with K-3. The high sync speed of 1/250s is also perfect for high class flash shootings (K-3 just has a sync speed of 1/180s ). The Panorama function is quite easy. Switch to Panorama and shoot (maybe itīs good to adjust the tripod before and know about the angle of view of the lens to know how much pictures will be 180° or something like that ^^). All the other details you can see on Top.
I will post some Pictures later, because I have to scan some .
You can use all your old Pentax Lenses from K - FA Mount without any Problem (I never had, and I have had a lot of lenses).
The Camera must not hide from K-3 or K-1.
If you love Film SLR, Thatīs the one to get.
The Price is much high you think?
I donīt think so. The Z-5p is the Panorama series camera of the Z-5. Iīm a collector for Pentax K series cameras and the camera is really hard to find in perfect condition.
The camera was produced for the Japan market only just for 1 year!!! So itīs like a special edition of the Z-1p (has the same Qualifications and is cheaper).

So my overall rating is 9 because of the weight and the price (It was for a mint looking and top working copy). The Quality is perfect. Weather sealing would be great.
