Description:
The Ricoh GXR is an interchangeable-lens-module mirrorless digital camera. The camera body does not contain a sensor, instead each lens module has a sensor built in. This prevents dust on the sensor and permits the sensor to be adapted optimally ot the lens.

A lens module may augment the camera body's feature set by adding scene modes, focus bracketing, focus assist, shake reduction, and more.

The GXR camera body thus cannot be evaluated feature wise on its own but must be evaluated in connection with the lens module(s) you chose.

The GXR has no viewfinder but an electronic viewfinder is available as an accessory. The viewfinder is mounted in the hot-shoe (and prevents the use of an external flash).
