Advise on buying filter on eBay

I am looking for a CPL filter for my 31mm. I like the Hoya Super HMC one, everywhere it is selling for about $75. But at ebay one seller is selling it at $53:
Hoya SUPER HMC Circular Polarizing Filter CPL 58 58mm - eBay (item 270563020031 end time May-13-10 09:42:47 PDT)

Have anyone buy from this seller before?

no but with that many sales he seems very well established... I don't think I'd worry too much...

I just bought a Hoya HMC UV filter from them and it was a good transaction.

That goes to show what the mark up is on these things. At $53 he's probably still making money. With 312K+ positives, I don't think you have much to worry about.

Show us some photos from your 31+CPL when you get it. I'm curious to see what it does...
