MSM: very nice shots.

The one of your son has very nice color and contrast and gives me a further idea of the bokeh.

Do you recall the aperture you used on the shot of your son and the one with the "danger" sign?

Thank you. Both were shot at f/4.0

Thank you all for responding.

After sleeping on it - I ordered the DA 35mm this morning.

I already have the DA 40mm, but I am traveling later this week and am looking forward to the versatility of the DA 35mm (matched with DA 15mm).

Should be a great combo.

After putting the DA 35 through its paces I will see if I want to keep the DA 40...

A couple from me and my DA35mm on K20d. I just love it for AF Macro, but do like MF equally, if not more.

DOF in the first is a little off, but that is me, not my lens!!!

One I just found from my DA 35 taken last summer.

One of Keitha's LR presets was the foundation of my post processing on this shot. I'm forever indebted to her blog!

Wonderful shots all around

Not that big aperture but I think it's the best shots of any 28, 30, 35, 50mm lenses I've seen so far in volume so to speak =P, and that it does macro even make it better. Amazing stuff and something I would really had wanted if I had a Pentax =P

Sigma 8-16, this Pentax 35/2.8 macro, the Sigma 85/1.4, Sigma 150/2.8 macro if it existed

Yes please! ;D

But I'm no photographer, don't earn any money and wonder if it's stupid to buy into any of these systems now when things will go MILC over the next 5 years or something such.

But do I really want to wait until there's any glass for that? Hell no

The Samsung NX10 looks most like a DSLR and there would be more glass with adapters though.
