Unusual gear - M42 lens scope

I was recently taken by LBA and bought someone's old Pentax gear. A lot of fun; a perfect Spotmatic, three Super-Takumar lenses (50mm 1.4, 35mm 3.5, 135mm 2.5) and a whole selection of filters, extension tubes, etc.
I did come across something I've never seen online: an attachment that turns an M42 lens into a telescope!
I've looked and looked online for any information, and haven't seen anything quite like it.
It"s quite unusual.

Can anyone help me find more info? Does it have any value? It's amusing, but I wonder if any of you have seen something like this before.

I've scanned the booklet, and attached an image of it with a 135mm on it.

It's probably a third-party version of the Pentax Monocular Converter, which works similarly and adds 5x magnification.

I just googled it. That's exactly it.
The difference seems that this one gives a bunch of magnification combinations by using extension tubes.
Thank you Adam!

I've been looking for something similar for either m42 or k-mount. Knew they existed but have never seen one around here before. Nice haul.

There is a similar set available from Russia for M42 lenses:
Spotting scope Tourist - FL (an eyepiece attachment)

A simpler option is an M42 extension tube with a reduced inner diameter for adding standard 1.25-inch astronomical eyepieces. Ifg one adds an errect-prism for terrestial viewing, that's versatile combo, though it needs some infinity adjustment in the lens, as there is no relay lens, as in the Russian adapter.
