Fa1.7 Tc Test Shots

I was out fishing last night and took along my FA*300 with FA1.7xTC, to test on distant birds. I've never managed a keeper Caspian Tern- until last night:



This image has been cropped by approx. 70% so I'm extremely pleased with the IQ using this converter. Looks like my other ones are eBay bound.

Definitely a keeper. Eyes are sharp and colour are rich. Great combination

A heartening picture, Tom! I was wondering how come you are shooting terns at night till I see you traipsing in Ontario! By the way, how have you manged to get such smoothness in the picture?
