How much to fix an out of warranty SDM?

Am wondering whether it's worth paying for the B&H extended warranty...

I got my 7 year warranty for like $20. More than worth it for the chance.

I paid Pentax Canada about 300 hundred dollars after tax and shipping to fix a misfocusing 16-50mm
