I think this lens is a K mount...So, irrelevant, as far as I'm concerned.
However, IMHO......the seller is, as far as price is concerned,.......a dreamer.

This one started out at $15,000 US if I remember correctly and went for about $9.5K to smc here on the Forum. So who knows other that what a buyer is willing to write a cashier's check for.....

I think it's a Pentax 67 medium format lens:

A 6x7 lens. The "c-mount" may be referring to mounting on camera using outside bayonet of camera mount; shorter FL 6x7 lenses mount on camera using inside bayonet of camera mount. First time I've seen term "c-mount" to describe 6x7 camera dual bayonet mount.
