Good 77mm UV filter

Anybody can recommend a good 77mm UV filter? Any good or better brand? I am thinking about this, Hoya - 77mm Ultraviolet UV(0) Super Multi-Coated (S-HMC) - X77UV

I have the Hoya HD UV glass, it's a few bucks more but I like it because it's thin (for ultra wides) and very well built. If you're going to buy a 77mm filter for use on all your lenses with step up rings, get the best one you can afford.

I use the 77mm Hoya HMC. The one you have listed there. My photo shop has a sample/test setup that has pies of all the different uv filter glass they sell so you can actually see the difference in quality. The one you have there was the second best of the group, only beat by the twice the price pro Hoya one. I just can choke down over $100 bucks on a UV.

The differences were pretty small for twice the price.
