Since I only own 3 lenses, that's an easy one:

1: Tamron 17-50mm, f 2,8 (Standart Zoom Lens)
2: Pentax DA 12-24mm, f4 (Architecture and Indoor Shots)
3: Pentax DA 40mm, f2,8 (fun lens, makes my K7 almost a pocket camera)

cheers

I

Since I am still very inacurate with manual focus, I tend not to use them as much.

So it's AF that gets most of the space in my bag. I really wish I have the opportunity some day to try the Ltd or DA* lenses.

AF:
FA50 1.4
FA100 2.8 Macro (I use it anytime I need something longer than the FA50)
Sigma DG 70-300 APO

Kit Lens whenever I need to go wider, but I'm finding that I'm coming back to it more and more. It might come back to the top 3 soon.

MF I practice with:
A28 2.8
Super Tak 35 3.5
Super Tak 135 2.5

Used to be the Super Tak 50 1.4, but since I got the FA50 I tend to put it on a lot less.

It's changed over the years...

...and settling down mostly (but not entirely) to primes mostly now. Current lenses that are out and about a lot on my camera are:

(1) 50mm/1.4 SMC-A (recently replaced an SMC-M)
(2) 35-105 SMC-A
(3) 135 SMC-K

DA 16-45
Tamron 70-300 Li (though I want the DA 55-300)
FA 100 macro or 10-17 fisheye (probably leaning toward the fisheye now)

Primary lens selection:
Pentax FA31mm f/1.8 limited
Pentax 50mm f/1.2 -K mount version.
Pentax FA77 f/1.8 limited

Auxiliary lenses:
Sigma 100-300mm f/4 APO EX DG/Pentax FA*300mm f/2.8 ED IF
Sigma 180mm f/3.5 MACRO APO EX DG/Pentax FA*200mm f/4 ED IF Macro
Sigma 12-24mm f/4.5-5.6 EX DG

my basic kit covers a focal length range of 18mm to 450mm, With full 1:1 macro capability with decent working distance from the Sigma 180/Pentax FA*200mm f/4 ED IF macro

I have heaps of lenses but these are the ones I take with me on my day trips. I take the specialised hardware for longer outings.

I'm very fickle but right now, I'm spending most of my time with the FA 31mm, FA 50mm f2.8 macro and DA*300mm.

This is a really interesting read, I really love primes. Zooms are great at being flexible, but I just feel weird using them. It's as if I am removing an aspect of composition. I love my FA 77 ltd. it still enjoys most time mounted on the camera. Recently I've been using my new to me DA 16-45 a bit and trying out the DA 55-300. I like the DA 16-45, 55-300 combo as they give nice sharpness and color and are good for traveling with an excellent coverage of focal length. So my top three are...

1.) FA 77 f/1.8
2.) Now DA 16-45, was DA 18-55 (used mostly at 55mm for the close focusing ability, I need a macro lens)
3.) Promaster 7 28mm f/2.8 (same as the Sigma Mini-Wide II)
4.) SMC M 50 1.4 and 1.7

I really love my FA 77 :-P

Sounds like a spell checker (likely in your browser) to me. I don't have that problem:

FA 77
FA 43

I Have to Name 4

I can't say which are the top three lately. I have to name four lenses:
1. Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8
2. Tamron Adaptall 2 80-200mm f/2.8
3. Vivitar Series I 85mm f/1.4
4. my cheap Vivitar 19-35mm f/3.5-4.5 (I guess that means I need to invest in something decent for wide angle).

Just the same, don't even try to get the Cosina 55mm f/1.2 away from me. When I want it, I want it. I also like to have the Tamron Adaptall 2 300mm f/2.8 when I need it, and I imagine I will use it more when I get a decent monopod. It does tend to draw more attention than I'd like though.
