Sirius MC Auto Zoom 28-70mm F3.5-4.5

Does anyone know anything about this lens? Is it any good? I got a very clean and tidy one on my Super A, and before I used it I thought I'd try and find out about it. I can't really find any info anywhere.

Tom,

I have just bought the same lens off ebay, it is off the same Pentax SuperA camera, now its stuck firmly on my K10d.

I'm looking for tips to get it off. so I would hold fire for a while before trying it.

Sounds like the lens may have a Ricoh pin, which can get stuck where the AF drive comes out of the body mount (some Ricoh compatible lenses have just a spring-loaded ball bearing for a sensor instead of a pin, which doesn't get stuck on the AF drive). Aways a good idea to check for that pin on old lenses before mounting them on an AF body.
