The 21 is amazing. I'm sure the 100s are too. However, I'd go with something longer if you prefer to go that way. That is, unless you're not satisfied with the macro on the 35.

+1 for the 100 mm Macro because of longer FL AND Macro capabilities

You could consider a 90mm Tamron for half price

I am in a similar situation having the 15-35-43-70.

Having the DA15 you can easily crop it to 21mm if you needed to. I wouldn't buy the DA21 if it meant I used my DA15 any less.

If you're into proper macro I can see the 100 macroWR being the most appropriate. The DA35 is excellent but the extremely close focus distance makes lighting difficult for the subject. If you see Franks' thread , it seems like the 100WR with curved apeture blades makes a pretty pleasing portrait lens as well, even if a little close to the 70.

FA43 is a beatuful lens but feels quite close to the DA35 FL. Somtimes I have difficultly choosing which one to take. (FA43 for humans, DA35 for everything else)
Simialrly, the 43 not so different or any more versatile than your FA50.

Another vote for tha 100WR .....mmm... and I am considering it myself.
