Super takumar 200mm f4 help

I need help. I just bought a Super Takumar 200mm F4. When I faced the len in horizontal or down while taking pictures, the pictures look sharp and perfect. When I faced it up either indoor or outdoor, the center of door picture is flared. I tried to clean up the lens from inside out, but the centre of the pictures still flare. The lens is really in new condition, the apeture ring is smooth. I tried other lens with the same body, it worked perfect. Any sugestion would be appreciated.

Try using a hood. The Takumars from the the era before SMC coating really benefit from one.
