borrowing/renting a wide angle lens

Hey everyone,
I am not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I'll give it a shot. I am headed out to western Wyoming in a week for a two week field geology course and I am looking to borrow or rent a wide angle lens to take some shots of Yellowstone, the Tetons, and other sites out there. I had some money saved up for the sigma 10-20mm f/4 lens, but five weeks ago my car was broken into and my beloved KX with the 18-55mm lens was stolen, so the lens fund has gone into replacing the camera. If there is anyone in the Philadelphia area that would like to help me out, I would be very appreciative. I would of course offer up some sort of collateral as I would not expect people to just give out a $500 lens on faith that they would get it back.
Thanks in advance,
Mike

Check out Camera Lens Rentals (CameraLensRentals.com - Pentax Wide Angle Lens Rentals). They have a wide selection, their rental rates are very reasonable and they are a joy to deal with.

Also, to make sure you return the lens on time I would ship it back to them on the last day of your trip rather than waiting till you get home (if not comfortably in the rental window). Also relieves the fear of "lost luggage" at least for the return flight. LOL

I agree with Mike.
Great service, easy to deal with.
Just follow their shipping instructions exactly and make sure you return everything they sent. I forgot to return the soft case once but they were great to work with and didn't charge me for the late return of the case.

I'll use them to rent a speciality lens for travel and just to try out a lens before I buy it.
Do make sure you get the Damage Waiver. It's cheap and covers you in case of damage to the lens.

Enjoy your trip.
