Need quick help with lens

Hi i am confused i cant tell if this is a autofocus Tamron 90mm f/2.8 macro, or a manual focus, since it says "WITH RICOH XRP? if its a a/f why does it mention RICOH XRP, i might just be confused, if you are familiar with this or what its saying mind helping me? Is this the a/f 2.8 90mm tamron macro lens, or some other version? Thanks. Looks like KEH messed up. The 72B indicates that this is an Adaptall-2 manual focus lens, which also explains the mount questions.
