Anybody know what this is?

Pentax SMC PENTAX-L 43mm f1.9 LTM / Leica Screw Mount - eBay (item 220647644207 end time Aug-09-10 14:45:02 PDT)

The three FA ltd lenses (31mm, 43mm and 77mm) were also made in Leica screw mount m39. They were the only Pentax lenses made for Leica, simply because they were that good.

It is not correct actually. Only FA43 has been made for Leica L mount.

Yep, chanpei is correct here. It was only 43 that was made in Leica mount, therefore Pentax-L.
