Does that count?

I only paid 65 including shipping for a preset 135 F2.8 with 15 blades and unique bokeh and as good at color rendition and sharpness to the SMC tak 135F3.5

The virtues of manual focus lenses go far beyond their relative inexpensive price. I'd like to see you find a 135mm f2.5 lens with AF and flare resistance for anywhere close to $65 shipped. You'd be lucky to find one for under $300.
Nice try, though. That's certainly a deal but where's the AF and aperture priority metering capability?

Well, I finally got my $50 135mm lens. I kept my limit.

ISCO Tele-Westanar 135mm F3.5. Is this the same company which currently makes anamorphic cinema lenses?

Congratulations! I haven't got to try an ISCO yet, but they're supposed to be good. Please post some samples when you get to use it.

You'll like the Isco and I'm pretty sure it is the same company. Started in Gottingen in Germany and a few of their lenses are labelled Isco Gottingen.

Isco-Gottingen is a division of Schneider-Kreuznach, a major firm of high-precision lensmakers on par with Zeiss. View prices of Isco and Schneider lenses on eBay, and gasp. But Schneider also supplies lenses to Kodak. I own but three:

* Isco-Gottingen Westron 35/2.8 (plastic & clumsy but with Leica-like rendering)
* Schneider-Kreuznach 3,5...11/0.08 fixed-focus enlarger zoom (brutally sharp)
* Kodak Instamatic 500 with Schneider-Kreuznach Xenar 38/2.8 (top of the line)

If you see any affordable Schneider or Isco glass, grab it.

Who needs any stinking grip? All metal!
Just tried out my ISCO 135mm. It has better colors than my Da21 and 1.7A50. Sharpness is nowhere near the other two but gives a magical quality the others can't. I'll hopefully be able to get my own adapter in a

a couple weeks once I get my next check. Also, the lens is so damn cute and small. It's the length of my a50 and da21 combined but only 2/3rds as wide! I think we should start the cute and adorable lens club based on this lens!
