If I continue my numbering scheme to encompass 24mm lenses then this is indeed a new variant, denoted as follows:
K07 "Vivitar / 24MM 1:2.0 / MC / WIDE ANGLE / NO. 28xxxxxx / Ø52MM"

I assume this is a K-mount with no A setting? Do you have a photo of the barrel as well? And, finally, may I use these photo(s) of the lens in the Bestiary? (This assumes I ever get around top updating the catalogue to include photos.)

Much better than the one I posted from my phone camera, which you can use if you want. And yes it is a K mount with no A setting.
