Komine 400mm f5.6 lens

i don't but i've never run across a bad komine lens. it'll probably be upto or better than the vivitar.

if you are talking about the one on ebay i don't think i'd pay 200usd for it. wait and pickup a takumar for about the same price.

Thanks, Roy. That was the one I was curious about. What I really need to do is forget about buying an old or off-brand prime, and just go ahead, bite the bullet, and lay down $900+ for the Bigma.

i doubt that it will sell for that so it will be relisted at a lower price. the vivitars i've had made by komine have been some of my sharpest lenses.

i just went back and took a better look and that is a vivitar. i've seen some good shots from and i know the komine made viv200/3.5 is tack sharp at f3.5. 120usd would be a atd high for this unless prices have changed
