Hi, this lens (Tamron 70-210 f/3.5-4 adaptall lens with a contax mount) is being sold on craigslist for a great deal and I was just wondering if it is compatible for a pentax kx. I am in the process of bargain hunting and finding the best deal on a pentax kx and am looking at which lens kit i should get along with it. I am traveling to paris in a couple of months and am wondering what lens would be the best to have, should I stick with just the 18-55 or get the 55-200 or 55-300 or look for another lens that would be very helpful in Paris..I am very lost, I am very new to the dslr world and pentax.
Any help would be appreciated!

You would need to replace the Contax mount adaper with a Pentax adapter. Also note that this lens is not auto focus.
