What do you mean? Sony already has some of the only AF Zeiss lenses including an 85mm/1.4, 24/2, and 135/1.8.

No k-mount for Tokina AF, ever.
anyway, hoya could talk with tokina and print the lens with "pentax" and sells it in pentax clothes.

They already did this with another Tokina UWA lens--we call it the Da 12-24. BTW, have you taken a look at the cost of "Pentax clothes"? High-end fashion is known for high-end pricing! Do you really want the 11-16 2.8 Tokina all dressed up in "Pentax clothes"?

Well I saved for over a year for mine (DA 12-24). Other than my FA31 Ltd, its my best lens.

Pentax can strike a deal with Tokina on this 11-16/2.8. They have done it with other lenses and other lens manufacturers - Tamron. I would certainly add to the overall lens selection for the bodies. I just do not understand any reluctance on the part of Pentax or Hoya.

That said, they could go back through their own lens designs - selecting the most successful and re-issue them with a digital update. That would certainly be a bright spot. A large inventory of Pentax's best glass and designs.

When ever I look at other systems, to me Sony is the one that gets closest to Pentax in terms of image rendering. Love those Zeiss AF glasses. BUT limiteds are still really cool though

Well, everybody pulls this Ltds talk every now and then, but I bet only a minority of Pentax users can actually own one of those.
