Nice. Images look very good. Rich colours and strong contrast. I'd like to see some more. Have you tried playing with DOF and bokeh.
At what subject distance you still get some evident blur?
How is the AF speed and accuracy at medium distances ~ 2... 10 meters away?

The first one seems to be underexposed by a stop or so.. probably the sky needed some compensation.

I just saw that it has appeared in our on-line shops. In fact it is cheaper than nikon's 35/1.8. Very tempting. Nearly half the price of FA35.

The price is really phenomenal... I'm waiting to find out what's not so great about it! It must have some sort of flaw.... it's just too perfect!

$219 at amazon, backordered. Prodigital2000 (Canadian ebay seller) has sold a couple for $199 on ebay recently, but there are also no current listings from them either.

I ordered mine from The Camera Store in Calgary. I think it was listed as CDN$188. There is a $25 shipping charge to the U.S., but even with that, I am just under what is is listed for at Adorama (given current exchange rates). Luckily, I have a credit card that doesn't charge any FX conversion charges.

It is listed on CameraNU.nl for 189 , not in stock yet, though.

Ordered mine from Amazon (was the only one listed by them in stock) on 11/22 and received it on 11/26. I've only used it on a couple of evenings after dusk and not having the best times to use it. I'm hoping for more use Sunday to get more of a feel for the lens, but it seems to have good color (rendition?).
