I feel lensbaby effect is much easier to create in photoshop since the OOF rendering is adhoc compared to normal lens with regular focal plane. However, I have never used lensbaby myself so it's too much on my side to assume.

What do you think? Would love to hear opinion of lensbaby owners or photoshopers.

I can be done in Photoshop, but it is a tedious process.

Just like many things in life. There is real and then there is imitation. I guess it would come down to whether or not you like fabricating your pictures in an image editor. I have a 3G. I haven't used it but a few times. It is simple optics that just moves a sweet spot around.

A fun little program. And free is a lot cheaper then a lensbaby.
