Saw my first discount on the new DA 35mm/f2.4

Well, the sellers that have them are consistently at the MSRP of $219 but I just saw one on eBay for $209 with free shipping. Hope this is the start of something for the holidays

prodigital2000 with a 99.5 rating and 93k sales. Despite their being Canadian they seems reputable to me.

I've been waffling about ordering one myself. Prodigital has a pretty good reputation around here from what I recall.

They are reputable. Watch out though, my credit card charges a fee of like $20 or $30 or something because it was an international purchase. I argued and my bank reversed it, but they said that was the only time and they would not do it again. Also, I used my credit card through paypal. Just an FYI if you have not used them before. Good luck.

Thanks for the heads up, that would certainly spoil the savings. I use PP with cash in the system and haven't had them charge a fee for international purchases done that way.

Perhaps I am looking at the wrong lens? My local camera store, McBain Camera has a DA L 35 for $199. Canadian too. :-)

That's grand but it's $21.95 to ship regular post to the US and it's $9.95 within Canada. The one I posted was shipping included. Even so, its good to see them being discounted.
