Info needed on CUNOR lens

Hi. I came across this lens today "CUNOR TELEPHOTO LENS 1:4.5 f=200mm No. H48076. As you can see it has an adapter (about 46mm to 42mm) I put it on my camera using my 42mm mount T-PK.
The problem that I have is that it only focus between about 2 and 4 meters. The shot of the leaf was at about 4m from the camera, everything else, up to and including infinity, is completely out of focus?

Ok, obvious question:
What appears if you remove the adapter?

Hi Wieland. It seems as if it was meant to be for an original screw mount of about 46mm. The silver adapter brings it down to 42mm. I have no idea for what camera it was originally used. Is it possible that the 2 adapters, will have a sort of "extension tube" effect, and that it is the reason for the limited focus distance?

Tokina-made. Yes, the no-infinity problem is due to the added thickness of ~46-42mm adapter.

I am no expert in this, but it could be that this is a T-mount lens.
You then need a T-mount adapter.
