DA35 f/2.4 - What a steal!

A local retailer (Mcbaincamera.com) has this lens on sale right now (they do ship, as well) for $179. I picked it up and am thoroughly impressed already. First few shots out of the camera:

Fantastic! I'm usually seduced by more expensive lenses, but this had such good reviews and such a low price I couldn't resist.

Looking forward to using this a lot more!

Mike

Great shot, Mike!

I know what you mean about the more expensive lenses, but it does seem to have really nice rendering!

Maybe I can get somebody around here to price match

Great shot! Looks like a wonderful lens. What aperture did you shoot at?

This photo was taken wide open at f/2.4. It's quite sharp, even at this aperture.

+1 for this lens... got mine about a month or so again, for 199 from prodigital in canada.....

who cares if it has a plastic mount... with careful handling, should not be a problem...
