Does the Kx support the HSM function on Sigma lenses? Thanks.

Yes, most definitely - all bodies after the K100D support SDM/HSM technology in autofocusing.

Ash is semi-correct here. All bodies past K100D Super do. K10 which was between K100D and K100DS needs to have 1.3 firmware installed. But K-x is definitely safe with SDM & HSM
