No relation, as far as I can tell.

Since no one has yet to guess correctly, it's the Sears Auto 28mm 2.8, with a minimum focus distance of about a foot.

Next?

f/8-9 with that kinda bokeh, I'm guessing it's focal length to be around 135-200 (I know it's a huge gap! Haha)

Maybe it's the...135/3.5?
