My guess is from a wide angle.
Look at the distance of the lamps, heigh of the lamps, distance of the trees in right row, lamps in both sides, sharpness from relatively close distance to infinity...
reminds me the K28shift... but it can be any rectangular wide...

This looks like a 28mm lens's FOV, so I'm going to guess that it is either the Sigma 30mm or 31 LTD.

nope wider than either of those and shot at 2.8, i'll give one hint, normally i wouldn't use this lens for this subject it was an experiment
