sorry for the mistake.

New hint: The lens can be mounted on all digital Pentax single lens reflex bodys.
does that mean it could be mounted on the 645D? So it's a Medium Format lens? :O

In the meantime, here's another one from me.

A pretty common lens this time, at least judging from the number of reviews here - heaps!

Why nobody thinks of a 600mm?

It was the 645-A* 600mm:

Mamma mia!
That because I am not strong enough to bring this lens into my door if I buy it, and if I somehow got it delivered, I may not be strong enough to bring it out ;-)

Yep, this is a pretty rare beast to have grazed these shores... (very nice rendition in both pics, but is a 600mm lens (not to mention medium format) necessary to take pics like these, or was it just to make the guessing game extra hard?)

I guess it has to do with the composition as well as the rendering. honestly, the best guess I could had given is 135-200mm. also , thinking that it could be too long for 600mm and as others mentioned, can't bring it out for a walk.

With the given distances and the relative scale of the subjects I could have guessed that it was longer than 300mm but 600? I just don't have any experience with anything that long!

I normally don't use the lens for flowers, but I want to test the lens a little bit at the minimum focusing distance.
And I thought it would be interesting for you to see a 600mm in a not so common use.
