it's a 135mm. Lemme post another photo, wide open.

Radical flaring there, haha.

It is considerably shorter than that. Of course, as you can see I cropped it to square format, which can fool you a bit.
Yes, it has this strange bokeh that looks like an impressionistic painting. Sometimes I shoot with it completely OOF.

This is a crop to half the original angle of view.

Do you see the bumble bee?
This is going to be too difficult without a clue: it is in m42.

it's either a Helios or Jupiter basing on the bokeh.

Not a bad guess, but it is not a Helios. Not even russian.

the Helios are the only lense that i know that produce this kind of bokeh.

Could it be one of the Carl Zeiss, the Helios are copied from ?

Let's give a try with the Carl Zeiss Pancolar 50/1.8 (Some picture in the lense review helped me a lot to do that guess. It was the only Zeiss lense i'd never heard the name.)

The price goes to Erkie.
The lens is a lady named Lydith (like my great-grand-mother).
Dirt sheap. Lot of fun for the money.
