How is this lense? Is it a decent telephoto lens? Right now ritz has it for 85 bucks.

I'm not a big fan of this lens- the price would be its only positive site. The aperture is slower than normal, and the FOV range is trimmed down- see below.

You should get one of these instead:
-DA 50-200mm f/4-5.6
-FA 80-320mm f4.5-5.6
-F 70-210mm f/4-5.6
-A 70-210mm f/4

yeah I figured there was some down fall. Then i notieced the apeture and thought

Plus with the rebate going on, I think you can find the DA 50-200mm for like 20 or 30 bucks more.

I ordered the lense from Ritz - after 3 days I was told the lense was dis-continued. I wrote to them and let them know it was still on their site - they replied it was an error and they were removing it - as you can see it is still there.
