In 2010, They announced three star lens. Maybe they will sell at 2011.
DA* 10-16 F4 (same as tokina lens)
DA* 20 F2
DA* 28 F2

They are in develop.
That page showed 645D and K-5.(both are available now)
so those lens will be show at 2011 or 2012

So does this confirm that Pentax is sticking with the current SDM then and not updating it?

How long have these lenses been known of? I read the forums a lot, even posting recently about my hope for a DA* UWA, and heard nothing of this....will there be an official announcement?

Awesome news! Ive been wanting to get a weather sealed wide angle for a while now!
Only problem is what want to pick? Thats going to be a hard decision for me...

I just researched this and apparently this image was just a prediction from a japanese photo mag.... was there something I missed in these lenses becoming reality at some point?

As much as I think 20/2 and 28/2 would be nice, that picture was indeed from japanese camera mag trying to make prediction of what's coming.
For those who still believe it's true. It wasn't exactly hard to predict 645D. That thing had been publicly in making for few years and come on, K-5 was easy predict, K-7 body with new guts... Does it sound familiar? K10-20?!?.
I wish they made some new lenses like this, something woth talking about, unlike DA18-135 and DA35AL...

This came up a year ago and was debunked by someone who could read the Japanese. These are "Dream" Lenses that the magazine would like to see.
