What is this adapter? I didn't found anything from Google.

This adaptor is for the Vivitar Series 1 90mm f2.5 macro lens. It is in essence an extension tube with three optical correcting elements for the 1:2 to 1:1 focusing range on that lens. You put it between the lens and the camera, and the focusing of the lens then becomes 1:2 to 1:1. I have not tried mine on any other lenses, but it is only meant for that lens. I will add that the site has a very fair price on it and you could certinaly buy it and sell it on this marketplace (I know several people are looking for it).

16mm fisheye lenses behave as wide-angle lenses with a little extra distortion of a DSLR. See here for more:
